Clients may request cancellation of subscription services by contacting the official support email of Shah Capital Research.

Cancellation Effect

Cancellation of a subscription shall stop future renewals where applicable but shall not automatically entitle the client to refunds for already activated services.

Compliance Failure

Services may be cancelled or suspended if:

• KYC remains incomplete
• False information is submitted
• Client violates terms or regulations

Termination Rights

Shah Capital Research reserves the right to terminate services in case of misuse, abusive behavior, unauthorized redistribution of research, or regulatory concerns.
