Mandatory Requirements

Clients may be required to submit:

• PAN Card
• Aadhaar Card or valid address proof
• Photograph
• Bank details
• Mobile number and email verification
• Any additional compliance documents if required

Digital Verification

KYC verification may be completed through digital onboarding partners, e-sign platforms, video verification, OTP authentication, or CKYC/KRA systems.

Service Activation

Research services shall only be activated after successful KYC verification and agreement completion.

Rejection Rights

Shah Capital Research reserves the right to reject onboarding requests in case of:

• Incomplete documentation
• Failed verification
• Suspicious activity
• Regulatory restrictions
